Internal Information System

Mediterranean Spain Land, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Entity”) has implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF), which integrates the organisation’s various internal reporting channels and constitutes a fundamental pillar in promoting a culture of ethical, responsible and sustainable conduct, together with the duty of oversight, control and prevention in matters of regulatory compliance.

The System constitutes the preferred channel and a mandatory tool for the diligent reporting of infringements and regulatory breaches, with full protection for reporting persons, no risk of retaliation, and all necessary protective measures in place.

The SIIF has been designed, configured and is managed with the necessary security, confidentiality, data protection and whistleblower protection measures and mechanisms. For this purpose, we work with the collaboration and support of the external expert BONET consulting, which provides high standards of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Accordingly, the Entity has provided the SIIF with a series of safeguards, including anonymity/anonymisation, proper record-keeping, preservation and non-alteration of information, prevention of conflicts of interest, protection of the reporting person and the prohibition of retaliation.

To learn in detail about the operating principles and fundamental safeguards governing the Entity’s Internal Information System pursuant to the requirements established by the new regulations, you may consult and access the General Policy on the Internal Information System and Whistleblower Protection.

Reporting Channels

The Entity has enabled various internal reporting channels that allow communications to be submitted in written or verbal form. To this end, the Entity relies on the configuration, design and support of an external expert in order to provide the highest standards of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality, data protection, whistleblower protection, and other applicable safeguards for this type of channel. Further information on the technical characteristics of the channels can be found in our Policy. The channels of our SIIF are as follows:

Online / Digital Channel

The Entity makes available to you an online tool through which any employee or person related to the Entity may submit a written communication through the following link: https://corporate-line.com/cnormativo-medlandspain

This tool includes security measures that guarantee the protection of the information, the identity of the reporting person and of those persons affected by the communication, as well as the confidentiality and restricted nature of the entire management and processing procedure.

In-Person / “Face-to-Face” Channel

Another of the channels made available by the Entity to its employees and to those third parties who maintain a relationship with it is the in-person channel, which allows verbal communications to be submitted through an in-person meeting or by videoconference.

In order to ensure due compliance with the commitments and safeguards set out in our Policy and in the applicable regulatory framework for this type of communication, the Entity has entrusted the management of these communications to the external expert BONET consulting, in order to guarantee the protection of the reporting person’s identity both during the process of requesting an appointment, during the submission of an in-person communication, and at the place where it is conducted.

BONET’s professionals are responsible for managing requests to submit communications through this channel, as well as for collecting and retaining all information provided in connection with such request. As established by law, such meetings will be documented by means of an anonymised recording, subject to the prior consent of the reporting person.

In order to use this channel, you must request a prior appointment through the following contact methods:

In order to guarantee the necessary protection and security measures for this type of communication, communications submitted directly by telephone or email may not be made or registered. These two tools are enabled exclusively to coordinate with the technical staff the date, time and place for making the communication in person.

We kindly ask you to follow the instructions described above in order to access and properly use the official channels enabled by the Entity for the submission of communications and the application of all necessary security and protection mechanisms.
