Playa Flamenca
The residential housing area of Playa Flamenca has a lovely sea promenade along its entire coastline, providing access to its two most well-known beaches; La Mosca and Cala Las Estacas. To the north it borders the residential area of Punta Prima and La Zenia to the south.
Playa Flamenca is an urban area with a large number of services, especially in relation to nightlife, and has a wide range of properties for sale, predominantly apartments and townhouses, with extensive public areas, though there are also numerous, detached villas on offer with private swimming pools.
