Marbella´s famous Golden Mile is a stunning residential area and one of the most luxurious on the Costa del Sol. At just over 8 km in length, the Golden Mile is not really a strictly delimited geographical location. From west to east, the boulevard stretches from Puerto Banús to the town centre of Marbella. This celebrated avenue boasts beautiful beaches, mountain views and a wealth of prime real estate, such as King Fahd´s Palace, as well as some of the town´s most iconic and luxurious hotels.

Since the Marbella Club Hotel, built by Prince Alfonso of Hohenlohe, opened its doors in the mid-1950s, European aristocrats, international businessmen, famous actors, etc. started to arrive, all of whom transformed the former fishing village into one of the most sought-after destinations in the world, a status it has maintained ever since.
