Algorfa
Algorfa is a small town located some 10 km from the coast, nestling amongst orchards of citrus fruit bearing trees. A natural, peaceful setting with excellent road links to the nearby towns of Torrevieja, Guardamar and Orihuela Costa.
That is why so many people have considered Algorfa to be the ideal site in which to purchase a property in Spain. So much so that more than 50% of Algorfa´s population is of foreign origin with individuals mainly coming from the United Kingdom and Scandinavian countries.
The main reason why Algorfa is just so appealing to tourists is due to the wide range of different properties for sale in the town; including apartments, townhouses and detached villas at highly competitive prices. In addition, the town has a prestigious golf course, La Finca Golf, which includes a 5 star hotel, a shopping centre and restaurant.
