Costa Calida
The 250 km. of the coast of Murcia, also called Costa Cálida, offers one of the best locations on the entire Spanish Mediterranean.
Two seas on a single coast, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Impressive cliffs, paradisiacal and secluded beaches of endless white sand, lively ports and remote coves with crystal-clear water, over 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures (even in winter), with an annual average of more than 19°C.
Without doubt, the area of the Mar Menor has the most interesting supply of properties. Locations such as La Manga, Los Alcázares or Mar de Cristal in Cartagena sare very popular among buyers of property in Spain.
