Alfaz del Pi is a town in Northern Costa Blanca, located beside the towns of Altea and Benidorm. The urban area is situated some 3km inland, on the foothills of the Sierra Helada mountain range, and the municipality has a 4 km stretch of coastline, including the El Albir beach.

This is a round-stone beach which offers a whole diversity of different services and where most of the leisure facilities in the town are concentrated, and concordantly, most of the properties that the town has for sale.

The most frequent types of properties to be found in Alfaz del Pi consist of several different residential complexes of detached villas and apartments overlooking the beach. It is an area that is much valued by Scandinavian residents, especially those from Norway, as a place to purchase a Property in Spain, and as such, is the site of the second largest community of Norwegian citizens to be found outside of Norway.
